Job Search Help??

I'm 25, from Glasgow and have been job hunting for a few months now, but I'm starting to feel a bit lost and would appreciate some advice.

I have a bachelor's degree in Photography and experience working in e-commerce, warehousing, and retail. Ideally, I'd like to move into a role related to digital marketing, content creation, social media, or e-commerce. I'm open to different opportunities within those areas, but I'd prefer to work for a company rather than pursue freelance photography.

One of the biggest issues I'm running into is that many "marketing" jobs turn out to be door-to-door sales positions rather than office-based marketing roles. On top of that, a lot of my applications are being viewed but never responded to.

I feel like I'm stuck in a catch-22. Many of the jobs I'm interested in require marketing degrees or 3–5+ years of experience, which I don't have. As a result, I'm starting to question whether I'm qualified for anything beyond retail, and it's honestly becoming a bit of a career crisis.

Has anyone been in a similar position? How did you break into marketing, content creation, or e-commerce without direct experience? Are there specific skills, certifications, projects, or strategies that helped you get your foot in the door?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
