Biggest Hopes for Bond 26?

In the past year I finally watched all the James Bond movies and they all seem to offer something great. Here is what I think Bond 26 should take from the past movies and would love to hear others thoughts as well!

  1. The cinematography/action from the Craig era
  2. The tone of Goldeneye
  3. Have Ralph Fiennes and Ben Whishaw return. Love the returning actors throughout Bond’s filmography!
  4. Lower the stakes. Will allow for greater character work.
  5. Someone new Bond can play off of throughout the movie. The Spy Who Loved Me did this excellently.
  6. The setup of the Connery era. Something so great about Connery getting called in by M to receive a mission, flirting with Moneypenny, and getting suited up by Q. It works for a reason.
  7. An unknown Bond. I don’t want the baggage of an existing actor I associate with other projects taking the role.
