Possible cross threading?

So about 6 weeks ago I had was replacing the drivers side cv shaft on a 2023 toyota 4runner.

Its driven about 3000 miles since then and had multiple long trips with no noises or vibrations.

All of a sudden I get this bad feeling I may have cross threaded the bolts that connect the lower ball joint to the control arm. I started them by hand 2-3 turns then i either snugged them down further by hand or a ratchet, cant remember. And then torqued to 118 ft lbs.

I also remember feeling like lining them up was easier than I expected. Also hitting the torque value didnt take as much force as I expected either.

Is there any way the repair could have survived these trips if those bolts were compromised in any way?
