When should I get reference books? New to the system😭

Like, most of my time is spent solving modules, DPPs and attending lectures and lecture hw. Plus rn a lot of syllabus hasn't covered yet.

By ref books I mean books like cengage, ms chouhan, n awasthi, vk jaiswal, hcv. Plus whichever books I do have, I've barely touched.

Plus, do modules generally have PYQs mostly? Will I need to practice PYQs besides modules?
