Work in tech and play

Hello everyone. I am 25 years old from Spain, I work as a software engineer (currently WFH), 8.5 hours a day. I wanted to ask how do you guys that work with screens play after work, I have insane hype but my head is burnt out after work. I go to the gym and leave wow for the night, maybe 1-2 hours before sleep but the next day i feel unrested and I have the feeling I live in a desk.

wow has been my game for 10+ years and i love it but im considering replacing the hobby for reading fantasy books or something.

How do you do it?
