Reporting bugs and Chromie Points

I reported a couple of bugs last month, one of which got confirmed. It was my understanding that people are supposed to receive Chromie points based on confirmed bugs reported on the first of the month, yet that hasn't happened for me yet.

Am I misunderstanding the process or does it just take a few more for points to be credited in actuality?
