The One - Built-in Google TV vs. Chromecast

I have "The One" with Google TV in-built. I mainly have Youtube+Netflix+Kodi+F1TV.

The storage gets almost full really quick and gets sluggish. Start up times also increased. I did a factory reset, installed the apps again and still sluggish.

Would using a Google TV chromecast help please?
