Filing a complaint on the American Fork PD

I was looking into filing a complaint, and discussing the various times different officers committed crimes. The unlawful redactions, and the arrests made from lies or because he was trying to legally serve real court papers.

Would the complaint do anything? Would it turn around and backfire onto me? If enough people called and filed complaints would something change?

I am just fed up with the corruption Ben is dealing with and the unfair treatment he is receiving. I definitely feel like there are some civil rights being violated in this case and I am interested.
