trying to get back into catholicism. any advice?

hello! i used to go to church often as a kid. but due to some traumatic experiences, i stopped. since then i've been basically an atheist. i'm now 22 and want to reconnect with my catholic faith. my boyfriend is a christian, and being with him has made me feel more at ease and somewhat comfortable with religion. though i am feeling a bit lost, so i thought i'd ask for advice here ◡̈ any help would be appreciated! thank you 🩷
