ESO on Xbox PC question

Not sure if many people have tried it recently but yesterday (June 1st) ESO became available on xbox PC. I tried playing it but it seemed very bad and had a lot of stuttering issues

I have an amazing computer like I can stream and play subnatica 2 for example in make quality.

Is it just not optimized or something or maybe I need specific settings. Any help would be appreciated.
