Sell or keep x100f
My first serious camera I bought was my x100f I grabbed two years ago now; I specifically sought it out because I’m just a hobbyist and wasn’t sure if this was something I was going to do long term to justify multiple expensive lenses. However, two years in, the lack of flexibility has finally caused me enough grief that I dropped the cash on an xt-50 and some primes. That leaves my x100f in a weird position though.
For any dedicated shooting day that isn’t film, I’ll be using the xt50. For “edc”, I could carry the x100f but it’s not truly pocketable, especially since I put a larger grip on it. Even without that tho I can’t slide that into my jeans like I can my iPhone or even an old lumix lx5 I have laying around for fun. I love my x100f, it’s gotten me some great images and started me on a hobby that’s become my main creative outlet but I feel like keeping it makes it redundant, and I’d be much safer to see it on my shelf unused instead out there getting great photos. Any thoughts or loopholes I’m not seeing that make sense for the x100f to stay?
