Need to opt meal on vande Bharat pnr booking Query about cashback/reward

I want to opt meal on vande Bharat opt meal on Already booked vande Bharat pnr booking a meal was opted out while booking pnr :-

I have few cards like scapia , sbi phone PE black , icici amazonpay and Flipkart axis and hdfc millenia

Is there way to get some 10% cashback or some reward to get maximum cashback on this opt meal booking

And if I book using sbi phonepe black card on irctc website will it surely give 5% cashback or rewards or it is excluded? Anyone have any experience can answer or help
