Thanks to Dept. of Transportation/DPW for repaving and repainting the E Franklin Ave Bike Lane

Was shocked yesterday to find that after utility work had torn up two blocks of the East Franklin Ave. bike lane, it had been fully repaved and repainted. I'm still in shock and was fully expecting that section of the bike lane to be a mess from now on. I hope this is a sign of a new standard of maintenance for Richmond's bike lanes. Thanks all who did this great repair!
