Barber Recommendations

Hi all. I (40, female) will be traveling to Belgrade for a weekend or fun/sightseeing before heading to an academic conference in Vienna this summer. I typically have a skin fade style haircut, and am going to want a fresh cut for my presentation. I may not have time in Vienna. Any barbers in Belgrade that would be okay cutting a woman's hair? In NYC, this is no big deal at most places that are not super traditional, but I know that's not true everywhere. If this would be inappropriate, any salon recommendations that can cut barber-style cuts on women?
