Need to furnish 4 apartments

Hi. I’ve got 4 engineers coming into town in a few weeks for a 2 year project and have rented 4 separate apartments for them. 2 things we need to find are:

1. Artwork for the walls.

2. Big Rugs for the floors (not carpet but floor rugs).

Don’t want any of it to be Ikea so I wonder if anyone knew of online shopping options for good quality floor rugs and paintings/pictures/artwork?

Just need to get these apartments looking homely.

Thanks.
