The role — Student Success Navigator

We're hiring 100+ people this month to join as Student Success Navigators.

Your job is not to sell. Your job is to guide.

A student comes to you confused about whether to do BCA or B.Tech, whether that ₹8L/year private college is worth it, or whether they should go abroad or stay back — and you help them think it through properly. You ask the right questions. You give them the honest picture. You connect them to the right resources on our platform.

The commission you earn is a reflection of how well you genuinely help people. Students who get real value come back, refer friends, and move forward with confidence. That's the model.

No cold calling strangers. No convincing someone to buy something they don't need. No fake urgency. Just actual human guidance.

The structure

Month 1–3: Commission-based. You earn based on the students you successfully guide and support.
After 3 months: Top performers move to a full-time role with fixed pay + incentives. This isn't a vague "we'll see" — it's a structured pipeline. We're building a team, not just filling slots.
Fully remote. Work from anywhere.
You get proper onboarding, resources, and a support system — not just a login and a target.

This is probably for you if:

You're a recent grad, student, or early-career person who has personally navigated (or watched others struggle through) the Indian education system
You've ever helped a friend or sibling figure out college choices and actually enjoyed doing it
You're a good listener who can explain things clearly without being preachy
You're self-driven and don't need someone watching over your shoulder
You want a real entry point into edtech, career counselling, or advisory — with a path that makes sense

You're looking for a fixed salary from day one (that comes at month 3+ for top performers)
