No IOS 26.5.1 for all other iPhones?

I saw that 26.5.1 for iPhone 17 models. I’m assuming that it won’t be released to everyone else then if that’s the case. Has anyone read anything else about it? I’m assuming they’ll just skip ahead to 26.6.
