I can't find any OSD related settings

First of all i don't know if it's called OSD or not...but I am talking about that little translucent indicator which comes on the bottom of the screen when we switch power mode and when we toggle caps lock or num lock or fn lock, and also when we toggle that camera switch at the side of the laptop.

When i bought my laptop it was there all the time, but from a while ago its not showing
I checked Legion Space and Vantage but can not find any setting for it

If anyone knows where to enable it from please tell me
