Gfuel powder is hardening

So I bought the new Lingonberry 2.0 (the 40 servings one) and after a month of use the powder is hardening inside of the tube. Also noticed some chunks are changing to a more intense color, more red and it was when I opened it.

Is this common? Is it perfectly usable?
