Has anyone had severe symptoms despite all tests being clear?

I’m feeling really defeated and don’t know what to do next.

I’ve had two ultrasounds, a DIE scan, and recently a hysteroscopy with biopsy. Everything has come back completely normal.

I used to have excruciating period pain that leaves me curled up in bed, very heavy bleeding, bleeding after sex, and pelvic floor pain. They are mostly manageable now 1.5 yr on Slinda but the periods are being longer, heavier, and more painful than when I first got on it. When I got my hysteroscopy results, the doctor basically said that some people just have heavier periods. It's with a public hospital and they wouldn't order me a laparoscopy because there's no evidence that I have anything.

I’ve seen multiple doctors and gotten second opinions, but it feels like no matter what the diagnosis might be, the treatment is always the same: go on the pill. Which I have. Also combination pills don't work well for me.

I am feeling helpless and hopeless. Doctors only tell me to get on the pill. Then they tell me to try iud which I really don't want to BC it sounds too painful and difficult to remove if gone wrong. Also now I suspect it's hormonal, but now that I'm on the pill, they can't test my hormone levels. How great. I don't know what to do.
