My game has horrible lag even on lowest graphics settings. It never lagged before with highest settings.

So I loaded up to literally 10fps so I set all graphics settings to the minimum and that didn’t work so I hard reset my laptop and still not working. Nothing is running in the background according to task manager.
Also I don’t have the option to use dlss anymore idk why.

How do I fix this pleaseee
