Where to Start

Been in my home about 4 years now. Builder grade condo built in 2000-2002 with some noticeable things that need fixing, deck in disrepair, garage floor cracks and stains, older sheet linoleum coming up, dated fixtures, mid paint job and cut in, baseboards, outlets, etc. Probably a bunch I'm missing too.

My experience is as good as mounting a TV to the wall, easy mount floating shelves, and most recently installing a new exhaust fan and remudding/patching ceiling and paint, changed locks in the housr and mounted ring cams. I really don't have a plan in place but just wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are on getting more experienced and where to start? Some of these jobs ill end up contracting out just so things stay up to code (did this for my hvac replacement since I bought the home with the original one and it kicked the dust 2 years in)

As far as power tools and all is concerned I have a cordless drill, power ratchet/wrench, corded dremel multi tool, and one of those small ryobi hand saws (came a diamond tile blade and no wood ones)
