52F First Concert in 30 years! Help!

Plus size paraprofessional in a public middle school so I generally can’t go too alt but my hair is purple and my desk looks like an altar. Anywho my daughters (16 and 13) have never been to a real concert. We had to find middle ground for their first one. Guys, I have not been to a concert in at least 30 years! It’s Evanescence with Spirit Box just outside Hotlanta in June, we might be insane but are from NW Florida. I think I have my outfit nailed down but my makeup is causing me anxiety. I don’t have the biggest budget for anything! Imagine a teachers salary and then cut it by 1/3 and you have how much we make. I need advice on a super dark non transferring lip stain (kissing on the spouse). A super sparkly black smokey eye eyeshadow with maybe a pop of purple. A waterproof liquid eyeliner (would love a semi permanent but yeah) and mascara. Trying to budget even buying clothes was difficult as I am sure you guys can relate. Help!
