Noticing bright red blood streaks in cats poop

I recently switched my cats from purina one to purina one sensitive skin and stomach. No I did not wean them off/on, just a cold turkey switch. Could that be the cause for my cats blood in stool? I didn’t think the food change would affect them too much since it is basically the same kind, just more “sensitive” but what do I know.

A lot of what I’m seeing online and on this thread says that best case scenario, it’s GI issues and probiotics could help. I believe it is only affecting one cat, who is a 5 year old male.
