How to build MBlade for Acheron?

I’m currently running E2S1 Acheron, E0S0 MBlade w Tutorial, E1S0 Tribbie w DDD and E0S1 Hyacine/DHPT. Considering this what would be the best relic set and ideal speed stats for MBlade? I’m trying to decide if I should farm more eagle or start farming the new set for him, in addition would also like to know if Vonwaq is that much better than Lushaka for him.

Also saw someone mention eagle set on Tribbie and I’m wondering if that’s actually smth I should be building?
