Transitioning to B2B sales

I just signed a job offer to work for a design firm, selling furniture solutions and design services to commercial spaces (offices, restaurants, hotels, etc). I have been in the high end retail furniture industry for the last decade as a sales manager and looking for advice in B2B sales in the commercial industry. Anyone with experience have any advice or have anything that could resonate? The biggest pain point for me will be finding and generating my own leads.
