Aspire Psychology Referencing

Is anyone else in a Scottish Uni struggling with how to Reference for the Aspire Portfolio? Obviously I understand how to reference an academic paper, but the portfolio for the 1st year exam is personal

I'd appreciate help here! I want to reference how my job at Nando's for example, has opportunities for promotion, but I don't even know where to start

Any help, guidance, examples would be greatly appreciated x
