I came to gurgaon in hopes of converting a 6 months internship into a full time in a reputed organization.

But now they have removed my hiring manager, they have also removed reporting managers of other teams, and didn't convert them to a full time. They have two options, which I will have as well.

A- Extend the internship until there is a vacancy in some other team.

B- Leave this internship and look elsewhere.

We were given a heads up that this internship will be a convertible one, but now the prospects don't seem so nice.

I still have 4 months to go and I do not know what to do. I left everything back home for this career opportunity and I do not want to go back home at all.

I know I will perform extremely well, still I am scared considering what happened to 2 of my fellow colleagues.

The job Market is extremely tough, it feels like I am back to absolute zero again, I tried years and years to get a job and this is my first real internship. I am still worried. My other senior said, we all will get to know about team vacancy only a month before your internship ends.

One month is not enough to search for a second job. The rent I am paying to live peacefully is insane and I am really breaking mentally.
