Any other dads having a hard time finding meaningful work while juggling family responsibilities?

Advice Request

I lost my full time job back in August but thankfully found something soon thereafter in the capacity of part time work. It's not a bad gig but part-time work only means part-time pay. Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to find anything that won't require me to relocate 1000 miles away from my aging in-laws and any/all sales jobs require cold-calling (which I've done before and absolutely despise). Can any other dads in here point me in a direction on where to look?
