How do I transfer games from an old 2DS (unlocked) to a home console?

Guys, I have the console and games shown in the image. I want to transfer the Pokémon to the Home console so I can use them in Pokémon Champions.

I've never needed to do this before because I played ranked matches on Scarlett, and for the Pokémon I didn't have, it was easier to use bots.

can I do this?
