Vegawin — Complaint Resolved

Quick win worth sharing. A player from Alabama came to us after a $1,401.03 debit card redemption at Vegawin sat stuck on "under review" for days — only automated chatbot replies, no real support contact.

We opened mediation, escalated through our Vegawin contact, and the redemption was paid in full. The player confirmed it landed in her account today.

A couple of honest notes:

• As with prior Vegawin disputes, it took outside escalation to get things moving — exactly the kind of pattern we track.
