We are planning to move from Canada to australia. What are our options for Australian 190 or 491 visa? which region will be best?

my qualifications:
Assessment: 3 years experience as financial advisor in canada-positive assessment.
education-masters degree in finance
language- Proficient (can increase to superior)

My spouse:
Experience: 1 year as Urban/Ecological planner with government
education: Masters in forest ecology and management
language: Proficient(will increase to superior)
Willing to do NAATI
will send for skill assessment this month.

I know I should apply through my spouse but what are current trends for urban planner nominations for 190 and 491? Any help would be appreciated.
