I was ghosted by hr. Who is the right person to contact?

I met with hr on April 30th to discuss reasonable accommodations for my autism spectrum disorder. From what I’ve read, location:, Massachusetts requires hr/employers to make a decision within 20 working days. It has been beyond that time and I haven’t heard back. I emailed the person I met with last week and didn’t get a response. I couldn’t find a clear resource on who to contact for my next steps, as this appears to be unlawful on their end.
