Thinking about getting GSX Pro, opinions on the addon?

I've been thinking about getting GSX Pro to help enhance my ground service experience, and I've heard that there are lots of good reviews, albeit the fact that some find it 'clunky'. I'm looking to buy it once there's a sale, so what do you guys think about the addon (and is there anything I should look out for)?
