Navimow x450 - Wheel motor malfunction 3519

Got it this morning, spend two hours installing it and creating the boundaries. Once ready put it to mow and after five minutes got the error message from the title. Since then it wont even move, manual driving also doesn't help.

Anybody else experienced this? Already sent an return request to the web shop I bought it from just wondering if im the only one having such bad luck with Navimow products.
