Do Pinterest Pins Actually Drive Etsy Traffic?

Does anyone here use Pinterest to build backlinks and drive traffic to their Etsy shop? I’ve created around 30 pins, but it feels like none of them are pushing traffic the way I expected. Is there a certain number of pins you need before you start seeing a steady flow of visitors? I’ve also tried repeating some pins, but I’m not sure it’s helping.
