Hello everyone, so I bought this laptop like 2 years ago and have not done repasting, but I clean it once every 8 months, and it seems that the CPU keeps overheating even when idle, 85 - 97 celsius

I know I need to repaste it after like 2 years, but is there another reason for the CPU to overheat like crazy?

Also, the thermal paste I'm getting is the Honeywell PTM 7950, and the thermal putty will be the UPSIREN UTP-8
