I left my breast milk out overnight

I’m so upset 😭 with my ADHD and exhaustion I accidentally left out all of the bottles I prepped for daycare for my daughter (about 10 hours overnight). I ended up losing 7 feedings worth of milk and only have one feeding in the fridge at daycare. Thankfully my work is very understanding and has no problem with me bringing the milk I pump throughout the day to daycare for my daughter but I’m just so upset! All that time and milk wasted breaks my heart. This is more of a vent than anything because I know this community understands how upsetting this is better than anyone.
