Have you guys ever take badges off of every player?

I took badges off of every nba player to just see how the game was and it is actually way better and I am getting more realistic outcomes. Also the gameplay actually seems to be way better and more competitive. Really the only thing I had to adjust was players who are good passers like Jokic, Hali, Luka, Cade etc is their tendency to dish to open man to get them to average close to what they average in assists in real life. So far I am liking the no badges. The only annoying part is you have to get rid of the badges before the season starts because every player gets bronze badges. Have you guys ever done this before?
