A few questions for R-Series / fashion boutiques

Hey everyone, we're new to Lightspeed. We are primarily a Shopify dev shop but a client wanted one of our automation tools built for LS, so we went ahead and built it for them (remarkably, it was not AS painful as you'd imagine....). Happy to share via DM if you're curious, just don't want to self-promote.

I did have a few questions, though, if anyone will indulge me:

1. Does anyone have a sense of how many fashion retailers use LS (R-Series or X-Series)? This is not a straightforward google/AI search!

2. We rely on the item and PO import templates, which are working well for our client. I just don't "know what I don't know" yet...should we expect bugs or some sort of fire drill when the next customer onboards? (For context, Shopify will randomly have barcode bugs when you bulk import. Addtl context: we have kept the columns in the import files pretty vanilla for both platforms, so no major customizations to worry about)

3. I saw the Facebook group, which I will join. Do folks recommend any other channels to get in front of Lightspeed customers? Our target audience is boutiques / franchises in apparel, baby products, homegoods and sporting goods.
