Issues with Lenovo yoga pen

I have had previous issues with the same model of pen before that was resolved with lenovo sending me a new one. Second time round, pen randomly disconnected after a few months of use and will not reconnect. Most stuff I can find online is not for the same pen and I can't get it to work, any advice? Its the grey pen that came with it
