Holding Library Leadership Accountable

Rep for WPEA unionized library staff brought concerns to the Board of Trustees regarding the Library Director’s Performance. The board held a special meeting on Friday, May 29th and decided to bring in a third party to assess the health of the library’s workplace culture.
