Need help with CFW

After my 3000 had it start/select buttons die the second time, i lost the energy to bring it back to shape

Just bought another fresh(er) 3000 to rekindle the flame, and it's running 6.20 Pro B9, last CFW i knew was 6.61 Pro, is Ark really better than Pro?

If it is, I'll consider running it instead of Pro-C
