About the Role

As an Outbound Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to patients to conduct follow-up and wellness check calls. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients

• Check on patient status and provide basic assistance

• Maintain professional and courteous communication

• Accurately document call outcomes and updates

• Follow call procedures and guidelines

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–2 years of BPO experience

• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related support

• Strong communications skills/Fluent in English

• Comfortable handling outbound calls

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

• Willing to work remotely

• Available to start ASAP
