premier ragehacks frequency

I haven't really played cs2 since its release and decided to give it a try and play with a couple of my buddies. Played around 30 premier matches and got around 19k, but we haven't really faced blatant cheaters together. Today I decided to play some matches solo and in 4 consecutive matches there were ragehackers. Is it always like this or was today special?
