How to disable Anti-cheat and use a mod menu?

I know this probably gets asked a lot and I'm sorry in advanced. I want to use a save editor to replicate my progress as I moved from Xbox to Pc and I don't feel like redoing the whole game again. I tried doing what was listed in the other posts where it tells me to put

"cmd=( %command% ); cmd[-1]=""D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DB Xenoverse 2\bin\DBXV2.exe""; "${cmd[@]}""

into the launch options. When I start it up it brings up "cmd=(' not found command".

have I done something wrong in launch options or something incorrect?
