Day one what can I expect?

Hi so I’ve only used about 20-30 mg a day for 3 weeks but with everything I’m reading I realize I need to get off before this becomes an issue. What can I expect as far as symptoms? Will my duration of WD be shorter due to not much over a month? I’m scared
