When to leave Shambhala and have flight home?

First timer here. Trying to coordinate flights and such to get from DC to Spokane and back. but not sure when to book my return flight. should I book it for money, or Tuesday after the festival ends? I'm thinking Tuesday to be safe but not sure. Any ideas?
