Do items on the Goods to Follow form have to arrive at the same time?

I recently received my COPR, and we are trying to work out the logistics for the landing and moving process.

Do items listed on the goods to follow form have to arrive at the same time, or can some goods arrive say 3 months later, and some goods arrive 6 months later, etc.?

Also, I have seen conflicting information regarding the timeframe for when items on the goods to follow list have to arrive - some say that items on that list have to arrive within one year and some have said there is no deadline/expiration?
