How to contact advisor about transferring

Background: Hey all, I'm transferring out of GSU for fall semedter while also taking some summer courses, but my orientation falls on the same day of one of my classes. I tried contacting my professor twice already with no response.

I wanted to contact an advisor after a friend suggested it, but looking at the navigate app there aren't any categories that would fall under what I'm trying to do? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
